Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and team-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at 2239126 Alberta Ltd. As a Kitchen Helper, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring the smooth operation of our food service.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
- Prepare and store food and supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and cupboards
- Restock condiments and supplies at tables and serving areas
- Package take-out food and handle customer transactions
- Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit
- Sharpen kitchen knives and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and handle and store cleaning products
As a Kitchen Helper, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs). You must be a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
Requirements:- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Will train on the job
- Reliability and teamwork essential
- English language proficiency required
- 40 hours per week, permanent position
