Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces, including dishwashers, carts, and waste disposal units.
- Food Preparation: Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
- Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
- Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and handle and store cleaning products.
- Equipment Maintenance: Sharpen kitchen knives and maintain kitchen equipment.
- Team Support: Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth food service operations.
This is a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods and handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
Requirements- Reliability: Demonstrate a strong commitment to reliability and punctuality.
- Team Player: Show a willingness to work collaboratively with the kitchen team.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
