Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and team-oriented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Helper at 2239126 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all food and supplies are properly stored and handled, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces, including dishwashers, carts, and waste disposal units.
- Food Preparation: Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit.
- Supply Management: Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, and restock refrigerators and salad bars.
- Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and handle and store cleaning products.
- Equipment Maintenance: Sharpen kitchen knives and maintain all kitchen equipment in good working order.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks. You will be working in a team-oriented environment, and we are looking for someone who is reliable, a team player, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
