Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Custom Wood Furniture Maker to join our team at SK Basra Furniture LTD. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality custom wood furniture pieces that meet our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Study plans, specifications, or drawings of articles to be made and bring them to life with precision and attention to detail.
  • Trim joints and fit parts and subassemblies together to form complete units, ensuring a seamless finish.
  • Sand wooden surfaces and apply veneer, stain, or polish to finished products, preparing them for delivery.
  • Apply varnish, veneer, stain, or polish to finished products, enhancing their appearance and durability.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to our company's health and safety standards.
  • Supervise other workers, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
  • Estimate costs and materials, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Repair or restyle wooden furniture, fixtures, and related products, meeting our customers' needs and expectations.
