Executive Director of Health and Education Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Vice President of Health, Education, Social and Community Services and Membership Organizations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our organization's efforts in these critical areas, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our members and the community.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to promote health, education, and social services.
- Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions to support our mission.
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure effective service delivery.
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to achieve our goals.
- Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring our interests are represented.
- Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegating authority and creating optimal working conditions.
- Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
