Executive Director of Health and Education Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Vice President of Health, Education, Social and Community Services and Membership Organizations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our organization's efforts in these areas and will play a key role in shaping our strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve our goals in health, education, social and community services, and membership organizations.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to support the implementation of our policies and programs.
- Team Management: Select, develop, and manage a team of middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to achieve our objectives.
- Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, and delegate representatives to act on our behalf.
- Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.

- Other Benefits: Free parking available, permanent work term, and 30-40 hours of work per week.
Requirements: College/CEGEP education, 3-5 years of experience, or equivalent experience. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans. Excellent communication and representation skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders. Proficiency in English.
