Role Overview
The Category Insights Analyst is instrumental in empowering Canadians for their professional and personal journeys by overseeing vendor operations, evaluating both new and existing product offerings, and conducting analyses that enhance our ability to meet the changing demands of our clientele.
As a vital member of our purchasing team, you will be central to our retail organization. You will assist Category Business Managers in curating an engaging and pertinent product assortment for our stores by delivering comprehensive analyses and critical insights that reinforce our brand with customers while achieving category-level objectives and financial targets.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree and/or master's degree in Business, Commerce, Retail Management, or Data & Analytics, with experience in a retail analytical role being advantageous. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Proven ability to collaborate, influence, and negotiate with peers or senior business leaders. Excellent presentation skills with a demonstrated capacity to adapt style and format to suit the audience.Work Environment
