At Critical Mass, we're looking for a Marketing Insights Analyst to help us drive business growth through data-driven marketing strategies.

As a Marketing Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data across digital landscapes to discover trends, solve problems, and identify opportunities. You will turn data into actionable insights through storytelling and data visualization, and design, build, and automate analyses, reports, dashboards, and other deliverables.

You will:

  1. Analyze data across a digital landscape to discover trends, solve problems, and identify opportunities.
  2. Turn data into actionable insights through storytelling and data visualization.
  3. Design, build, and automate analyses, reports, dashboards, and other deliverables.
  4. Gather marketing data across paid and owned channels to analyze website performance, understand audience behaviors, and summarize findings.
  5. Assist in the ideation, development, and execution of measurement frameworks.
  6. Determine and implement methods to improve analytics processes.
  7. Collaborate with other disciplines and partner agencies to deliver comprehensive solutions to both internal and client requests.
  8. Occasionally support senior colleagues with analytics material for new business pitches and request for proposals.

You have:

  1. Top-notch communication and collaboration skills.
  2. Experience with at least one website analytics platform (e.g.: Google or Adobe Analytics)
  3. Experience with at least one digital media platform (e.g.: Google Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Insights, Search Ads 360, etc.).
  4. Strong understanding of digital media channels (e.g.: Social, SEM, SEO, OLV, etc.) including how each one works and how they interact with one another.
  5. Familiarity with marketing attribution models and techniques (e.g.: MMM, MTA, etc.)
  6. Experience with at least one data visualization platform (e.g.: Tableau, Datorama etc.).
  7. Has a baseline understanding of statistical analysis techniques and quantitative methods.
  8. Familiarity with statistical programming languages, like Python or R.
  9. Familiarity with the function of data architecture, APIs, and API data calls.
  10. Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects at the same time, proactively communicating needs, roadblocks, and statuses to the necessary people.
  11. A drive to keep learning and offer your team support to grow and learn.
