Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Host to join our team, providing a warm and professional welcoming presence to our guests. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Exude warmth and a professional welcoming presence, in person and over the phone, even under the busiest of circumstances
  • Confidently communicate with Servers, Bartenders, and Managers to maintain proper guest flow throughout the restaurant
  • Escort guests to their table in a timely manner
  • Detailed oriented and accurately take reservations over the phone and in person
  • Ensure the front entrance, host stand, and surrounding areas are fully stocked and free from clutter and debris
  • Familiarize yourself with table numbers and maintain awareness of each section in the restaurant
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required

Requirements

  • 2 years of proven experience in a similar position
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to maintain a level of professional urgency and momentum
  • Full availability
