Position Overview

AVS CLEANING SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking a dedicated **Cleaning Supervisor** to oversee our cleaning operations. This role is essential in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety across various facilities.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year and less than 2 years in a supervisory role
Work Environment

The ideal candidate should be open to **relocation** as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop cleaning personnel
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
  • Conduct inspections of sites to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
  • Prepare financial budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment
  • Maintain accurate financial records related to cleaning services
  • Assist cleaning staff in their duties as necessary
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team
Supervisory Scope

Supervision of a team ranging from **5 to 10 individuals**.
