We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gymnastics Coach to join our team at Back2Fitness Inc. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for leading gymnastics classes, workshops, and training sessions for individuals of all ages and skill levels.
Key Responsibilities- Teaching and Coaching: Develop and deliver gymnastics programs that cater to diverse needs and abilities, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Program Planning: Design and implement gymnastics classes, workshops, and training sessions that align with our company's goals and objectives.
- Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all gymnastics equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and stored to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our team to develop and implement new programs, services, and initiatives that promote gymnastics and fitness.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in gymnastics coaching, teaching, or training.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse populations, and knowledge of gymnastics techniques and safety protocols.
