About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gymnastics Coach to join our team at Back2Fitness Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging gymnastics programs for individuals and groups
  • Provide expert instruction and guidance to participants of all ages and skill levels
  • Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver recreational activities
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to monitor progress and adjust programs as needed
  • Communicate effectively with participants, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless program delivery
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., kinesiology, physical education)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in gymnastics instruction or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • First aid and CPR certification
