About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gymnastics Coach to join our team at Back2Fitness Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver gymnastics programs for individuals and groups
  • Assess and improve gymnastics skills and techniques
  • Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement recreational activities
  • Provide guidance and support to clients with special needs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., kinesiology, physical education)
  • 1-2 years of experience in gymnastics coaching or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • First aid and CPR certification
