Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Dejar Design Corp.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and quality of work.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction workers, laborers, and helpers to meet project deadlines.
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management, highlighting project milestones and challenges.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Manage the operations of package handling and ensure efficient logistics.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and industry standards.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction supervision or a related field.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 32 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English language.
