We are a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant company looking for a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
    • Conduct performance reviews to ensure financial goals are met
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Team Management
    • Lead and instruct team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and revenue growth
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
