About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Sales Representative. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service and support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
- Sell and promote Eastlink's products and services to customers
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
We offer a competitive Total Rewards Package, including a training rate of $17.30 per hour, plus incentive and commission pay (uncapped), 18 paid days off, plus 12 paid statutory holidays with paid sick days, Health Benefits, Pension, and employee discounts.
Your earning potential (salary plus commission, incentive & growth share) could be $35,000 to $50,000 per year* Or even more.

- Stay up-to-date on Eastlink's products and services to provide accurate and informed sales support
