Training and Conference Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team at MacDonnell as a Training and Conference/Office Assistant. This role will be responsible for assisting with conference organization and marketing, managing relationships with delegates, speakers, and sponsors, as well as providing support for training program sales and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with conference planning and execution, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment rental.
- Develop and maintain relationships with delegates, speakers, and sponsors to ensure a successful conference experience.
- Provide administrative support for training program sales, including data entry, customer communication, and report generation.
- Assist with training program logistics planning, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment rental.
- Coordinate training materials, including development, editing, and distribution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Advanced MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service.
