Position Overview

The Facilities Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations within the establishment, ensuring that all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervision: Lead and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Inspection: Regularly inspect facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Service Recommendations: Identify and recommend additional services such as repairs, renovations, or equipment replacements as necessary.
  • Assistance: Provide support to cleaning personnel in executing their duties effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to coordinate cleaning activities.
  • Scheduling: Develop and manage work schedules for cleaning staff.
Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and less than 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
