Rental Service Supervisor Job Description

H.A.L.T. HOLDINGS LTD is seeking a skilled Rental Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our rental services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Authorize payments and returns of merchandise, maintaining accurate records.
  • Establish work schedules and coordinate activities of sales teams.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, promoting a positive work environment.
Work Environment:

This role is based in a rural retail setting, requiring the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be responsible for handling heavy loads, standing for extended periods, and walking frequently.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Accurate, client-focused, and efficient interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a team player attitude.
