Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Blackbird Security Inc. as a key member of our Human Resources department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing Needs Identification: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to ensure the company's operational needs are met.
  • Job Posting and Advertising: Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Collect and screen applicants to ensure they meet the company's requirements.
  • Candidate Communication: Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Candidate Review: Review candidate inventories to ensure the best fit for the company.
  • Interview Coordination: Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and facilitate the selection process.
  • Job Offer Preparation: Notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
