About the Role

Canadian Blood Services is seeking a temporary full-time Staffing Clerk to join our dynamic Donor Centre Team.

The Staffing Clerk is responsible for planning and preparing rotational work schedules to meet operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and plan staffing requirements to meet operational needs and processes within the Supply Chain Department
  • Prepare, maintain, and post work schedules
  • Perform timekeeping
  • Maintain records on relief staff, including names, availability for work, suitable work area, and hours worked
Requirements
  • Grade 12 plus four years' recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Ability to type 45 wpm
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to deal with others effectively
  • Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
  • Ability to organize work
  • Ability to operate related equipment
