Chillin' Buds is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
  • Assist customers in finding products and answering questions about merchandise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
  • Perform data entry tasks as required.
  • Train new staff members on sales procedures and store policies.
  • Assist in the display of merchandise and maintain visual displays.
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.
  • Availability for shift or on-call work.
  • Availability for the advertised start date.
  • Current legal ability to work in Canada.
  • Residency in proximity to the advertised location.
  • Previous experience in retail sales or a related field.
  • Required certifications.
