Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Chillin' Buds is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise displays and stockroom.
  • Meet sales targets by effectively promoting and selling products to customers.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
  • Assist in visual merchandising, including setting up displays and arranging merchandise.
  • Train new staff members on sales procedures and store policies.
  • Conduct sales transactions through internet-based electronic commerce.
  • Greet customers and discuss type, quality, and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental, or lease.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Availability for shift or on-call work.
  • Availability for the advertised start date.
  • Current legal ability to work in Canada.
  • Residency in proximity to the advertised location.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service.
  • Required certifications.
  • Highest level of study completed.
