We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our post-production efforts as the Head of Finishing. This key role will be responsible for overseeing the entire finishing process, from project inception to delivery, ensuring the highest quality and client satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue.
- Manage and lead a team of post-production professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Implement best practices and workflows to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive global competitiveness and client satisfaction.
- Manage client relationships and expectations, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Oversee budgeting and financial planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Contribute to marketing strategies to promote our post-production services.
Your Ideal Profile:
- At least 10 years of experience in international feature film DI finishing, with a proven track record of leadership and financial responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of post-production workflows, technology, and VFX integration.
- Experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on driving business growth and revenue.
- Autonomous with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to drive innovation and improvement.
Our Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $170,000 gross annual salary, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical services and extended healthcare benefits.
