Nurse Practitioner Part-Time Contract Opportunity

Flemingdon Health Centre is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a part-time contract basis.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality patient care in a part-time capacity. The successful candidate will work 14 hours per week, with evening and weekend hours expected.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary and specialty care to patients in a part-time capacity
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs
- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and provide education to patients and families
Requirements:
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate of $59.26 - $71.24 per hour (with 4% vacation pay)
