Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to the development of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality mental health services to clients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices and research in the field.
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. psychology, social work, counseling).
- Registration with a relevant professional organization (e.g. College of Psychologists of Ontario, Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers).
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a mental health setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
