Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing individual and group therapy sessions. You will also have the chance to contribute to the development of our service and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality mental health therapy services to clients, including individual and group sessions
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to maintain expertise
  • Contribute to the development of our service and participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Social Work, Counselling, Psychology)
  • Experience working in a mental health setting, preferably in a private practice or community organization
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work with diverse client populations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
