Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Produce Department Supervisor to join our team at Persia Foods. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our produce department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Work Schedules: Plan and coordinate work schedules to ensure efficient use of staff and resources.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure that shelves and display areas are well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies.
Supervision and Experience
  • Supervision: Lead a team of 3-4 staff members.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
