Job Title: Functional Analyst, HR Technology

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Analyst to join our HR Technology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs and translating them into clear and detailed functional specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements and develop technical roadmaps detailing tool designs and configurations.
  • Customize and configure the SuccessFactors system to meet specific needs, ensuring consistency in processes and integration with other systems.
  • Test and validate configurations and functionalities to ensure that changes meet end-user requirements.
  • Support, analyze, and solve functional problems for end-users.
  • Develop and maintain necessary documentation on configurations, functionalities, and integrations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a similar technical discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience with the SuccessFactors system.
  • Experience with Boomi is an asset.
  • Problem-solving skills, identifying and resolving technical and functional problems.
  • Good interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • A team player who demonstrates enthusiasm, initiative, and a focus on solutions.
  • The ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders outside Quebec or in English on a daily basis.
