About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Snow Plow Operator to join our winter maintenance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for safely operating a combo unit to perform snow removal on local roads and highways.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a combo unit to clear snow and ice from roads and highways
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including fuel reports, safety reports, and hours of service
  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to equipment
  • Understand route maps and sand/salt application rates
  • Meet call-in requirements during winter storm events
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • BZ, DZ, or AZ license with a clean driver's abstract
  • Ability to work assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions
  • Ability to perform manual labor and lift up to 50 lbs
Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in winter-works operations and mechanical knowledge are assets in this role.
