Job Title: ServiceNow CSM Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow CSM Architect to join our team at FX Innovation. As a key member of our ServiceNow practice, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions for our clients.

About the Role:
  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration with their overall architecture.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to FX teams, ensuring alignment with client vision and strategy.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of ServiceNow solutions, trends, and best practices to provide expert advice to clients and stakeholders.
  • Participate in and contribute to FX Architecture Review Board (ARB) technical discussions, solution reviews, and documentation.
  • Lead strategic workshops, participate in governance calls, develop technical solutions for proposals, and create transformation roadmaps.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience on ServiceNow.
  • ServiceNow CIS-Customer Service Management certified.
  • ServiceNow CIS-CSM Professional certified.
  • ServiceNow CIS-Field Service Management certified.
  • ServiceNow CIS-Financial Services Operations certified.
  • ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
  • Bilingual (French & English).
