About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Karahi Point Richmond Hill. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Work Schedules

Develop and implement effective work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and ensure seamless service delivery.

Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.

Train and Develop Staff

Train and develop our food service staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.

Estimate and Manage Inventory

Estimate and manage inventory levels to ensure we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.

Hire and Manage Staff

Recruit, hire, and manage a team of food service staff to ensure we have the right people in place to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food preparation.

Maintain Quality Control Standards

Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.

Manage Records and Reports

Maintain accurate records and reports of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
