Position Overview

The Enterprise Solutions Architect will play a pivotal role in designing processes and integrating marketing and platform data into comprehensive, impact-oriented solutions. This position demands a profound technical acumen in Martech, Adtech, Cloud, and Customer Experience (CX) platforms, along with the capability to lead and mentor a team of developers and engineers. The role will address intricate data challenges, utilizing insights into first-party (1P) and third-party (3P) identities, omnichannel data, and empowering analytics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and architect scalable, robust, and secure marketing, advertising, and customer experience technology solutions that address emerging technologies, best practices, and sustainability.
  2. Navigate complex enterprise data ecosystems to extract key requirements and dependencies from existing setups. Identify new opportunities for Cari to provide ongoing technical consulting.
  3. Lead the integration of Martech, Adtech, and CX platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and data flows.
  4. Collaborate with marketing, IT, and other stakeholders to comprehend business needs and translate them into technical specifications, aligning these requirements with positive business outcomes.
  5. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers and engineers, ensuring adherence to solution design throughout the development lifecycle.
  6. Contribute to strategic guidance and client technology assessments as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  7. Create architecture diagrams at conceptual, logical, and physical levels to illustrate solution designs, including data flow diagrams.
  8. Ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of client technology stacks.
  9. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, processes, and systems.
  10. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to platform integrations.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. 10+ years of experience in Martech, Adtech, and CX platform architecture, integration, and implementation.
  3. Proven success in designing solutions for complex enterprise organizations.
  4. Strong technical expertise in Martech platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud), Adtech solutions (e.g., Google Marketing Platform, The Trade Desk, LiveRamp), and CX platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Pega, Optimizely).
  5. Experience designing systems integrated with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with a solid understanding of products within these ecosystems.
  6. In-depth knowledge of data management and integration processes.
  7. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
  8. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work efficiently with cross-functional teams.
  9. Demonstrated history of successfully leading technical projects from inception to completion.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Certifications in relevant Cloud, Martech, Adtech, or CX platforms.
  3. Experience with AI and machine learning applications in marketing.
  4. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
