About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Welder Supervisor to join our team at AM& M RIAR LTD. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the welding team and ensuring the smooth production of our metal products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 5-10 welders, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Production Planning: Plan and schedule production activities to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that products meet our high standards.
  • Material Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the work environment is safe and secure.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Machinist Trade Certification, Tool and Die Maker Trade Certification, and Welder Trade Red Seal Certificate.
