Role Overview
As a dynamic leader who embodies our brand values and connects deeply with our mission, you will assist the Store Management team in steering the store and your colleagues towards achieving retail excellence, robust sales performance, and a captivating customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, relaying feedback to the Store Management team as necessary.
  • Utilize available resources to proactively solve problems and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support the maintenance of store layout and visual merchandising, manage inventory, and assist with other operational tasks as required.
  • Communicate clearly and serve as a flexible and responsible role model for your team.
  • Demonstrate a keen interest in the beauty market, our competitors, and our product offerings.
  • Collaborate with the Store Management team to:

    • Cultivate a customer-centric store atmosphere by coaching Customer Consultants to engage customers through our products, campaigns, and activism, effectively bringing our brand to life.

    • Foster customer loyalty to strengthen The Body Shop brand.

    • Achieve sales and performance objectives.

    • Identify and attract high-potential candidates while nurturing the growth of current team members, including supporting the training and onboarding of new Customer Consultants.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer-facing role with a genuine passion for the beauty and retail sectors.
  • Effective communication and listening skills, along with demonstrated operational capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and provide suitable solutions to their needs.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to continuous personal development.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work flexible hours.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
