As a Retail Team Supervisor, you will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to cultivate a team-oriented atmosphere that encourages inclusivity and strong connections. Your key responsibilities will include guiding the team to meet sales and profitability targets, overseeing recruitment, managing performance, and facilitating training and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the store meets company objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Provide leadership by adhering to company policies, managing shrink/loss prevention, overseeing payroll, reporting, and scheduling
- Execute merchandising strategies while maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment
- Coach, mentor, and offer constructive feedback to team members
- Maintain effective communication with the Store Manager and District Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience
- Proven ability to motivate a team towards shared objectives
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
