About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Planner to join our team at Starcom. As a Media Planner, you will be responsible for developing media plans that deliver on client objectives, while ensuring that human insights drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement media plans that align with client objectives and human insights
  • Analyze marketing, client, industry, competitive, and human insight data to determine advertising and media needs
  • Make multi-media recommendations to best allocate budgets across media, resulting in strategic and effective media plans
  • Maintain strong relationships with media suppliers and stay abreast of market conditions
  • Work closely with external agency partners and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of media plans
  • Present plans to the client brand group and maintain clear communication of media objectives, strategies, and executional guidelines
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, or communications
  • 1-3 years of experience in media planning, preferably in acquisition campaigns from start to finish
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated experience in negotiating and working successfully within a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in math, media systems, and reporting resources
