At Shared Health, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented General Duty Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic services, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform clinical analysis and reporting on patient samples according to established protocols.
  • Assist in general lab projects, such as SOPs, chemical inventories, and quality assurance programs.
  • Maintain a safe environment in accordance with professional and provincial guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved Medical Laboratory Technology program.
  • Current registration or eligibility for registration with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Manitoba (CMLTM) required.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
  • Working shifts, weekends, and holidays may be required.
  • Participating in standby and callback duty may be required.
  • Rotate through various workstations as required.
