- Reconcile cash transactions, prepare bank deposits, and accurately input data for daily financial reports.
- Provide comprehensive training to colleagues on product information, pricing procedures, label application, and the utilization of RF units.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of perpetual inventory records and maintain precise price information.
- Actively participate in cycle counts and implement strategies to minimize discrepancies.
- Execute tasks as assigned by store management.
Job Requirements
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and a meticulous approach to organization.
- Possess exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Have prior experience in a retail setting.
Work Schedule
Flexibility is essential, as this role requires availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Physical Requirements
The Inventory Management Associate will regularly perform the following physical tasks:
- Standing, walking, bending, twisting, and squatting.
- Lifting and moving objects weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Gripping items firmly and performing repetitive hand movements.
- Reaching above shoulder and below waist heights.
- Operating equipment such as ladders or step stools.
