Giant Tiger is a dynamic and growing Canadian retailer seeking a skilled Softgoods Associate to join our team. As a Softgoods Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our softgoods department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards, including planograms, labels, and signage
  • Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store environment

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions
