Carpenter - Construction and Renovation

We are seeking a skilled carpenter to join our team at B.C. LTD. As a carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and installing structures and fixtures made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare layouts and designs in accordance with building codes and specifications
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials for construction and installation
- Build foundations, install floor beams, and erect walls and roof systems
- Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware
- Read and interpret specifications and follow verbal instructions
- Move tools, equipment, and materials as needed
This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in various locations, including construction sites and residential areas. You will be exposed to noise and may be required to work at heights.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in carpentry or a related field
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliability, team player, and punctuality
