Job Title: Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Plam Finishing Ltd. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and installing structures and fixtures made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare layouts and designs for building projects, using measuring tools and software.
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials to create structures and fixtures.
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
  • Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
  • Instruct apprentices and supervise other workers.
  • Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in various settings.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the trade.
  • Or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work at heights, in noisy environments, and outdoors.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

Our team works in a variety of settings, including construction sites, renovation projects, and industrial plants. As a Carpenter, you will be exposed to dust, noise, and other hazards associated with the trade.
