Carpenter - Construction and Renovation

We are seeking a skilled carpenter to join our team at B.C. LTD. As a carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and installing structures and fixtures made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare layouts and designs in accordance with building codes and specifications.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials to create structures and fixtures.
- Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
- Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
- Read and interpret specifications and follow verbal instructions.
- Move tools, equipment, and other materials as needed.
This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in various weather conditions. You will be required to work at heights and in confined spaces.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in carpentry or a related field.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
