Restaurant Assistant Manager Job Description

Soul Restaurants Canada Inc is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that our restaurant runs efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Benefits: Dental plan, disability benefits, health care plan, vision care benefits, and permanent employment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
