About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Printing Press Operations Supervisor to join our team at DK Sign and Print Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our printing press and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Printing Press Operations: Oversee the daily operations of our printing press, including supervising workers and projects, overseeing apprenticeship training, and coordinating and scheduling activities.
  • Ensure Health and Safety Regulations are Followed: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the workplace, including establishing methods to meet work schedules and providing technical and professional advice.
  • Requisition Materials and Supplies: Requisition materials and supplies as needed, and resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise a Team of 1-2 People: Supervise a team of 1-2 people, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Work Setting: In-house printing or binding.
