About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to lead our mixed-use high-rise projects in Toronto. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing iconic high-rise residential and commercial developments that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement innovative design solutions for mixed-use high-rise projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including interior designers, urban planners, and engineers, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  3. Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior architects, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive design excellence and business growth.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery.
Requirements
  1. Master's degree in Architecture and Design, with an AIBC/Provincial license.
  2. LEED AP and PMP certifications, demonstrating a commitment to sustainable design and project management.
  3. Proven track record of delivering high-quality, mixed-use high-rise projects, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and project success.
  4. Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in industry-standard programs like REVIT and AUTOCAD.
