Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance activities, including planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance Planning: Develop and communicate weekly maintenance plans, create work orders as required, and ensure open work orders meet required standards.
- Resource Management: Ensure resources are in place to perform planned work, including parts, labor, and shop space.
- Equipment Maintenance: Prioritize equipment service based on usage, condition, and criticality, and coordinate with service technicians and mechanics to ensure timely servicing and repairs.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate maintenance records, including service and PM status.
- Reporting: Complete ad-hoc reports and projects as requested.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in fleet maintenance or a related field.
- Thorough knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures.
- Proven experience with invoices and payment processing.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detailed working knowledge of planning tools (JD Edwards, SAP, MS Office Package, etc).
- Detailed working knowledge of scheduling tools.
