Job Description

Ensuring resources are in place to perform the planned work (Parts, Labour, shop space etc.) Developing and communicating the Weekly Maintenance plan and creating work orders as required Ensuring open work orders meet required standard, and status is kept up to date; Manages work order backlog Maintaining maintenance records with current Service and PM status Preparing job plans for planned work Coordinate with service technicians and mechanics to ensure timely servicing and repairs. Prioritize equipment service based on usage, condition, and criticality. Organizing resources in advance to ensure efficient execution of planned work Completing adhoc reports and projects as requested

Qualifications

2 years experience relating to fleet maintenance Proficiency using Maximo for data entry  Thorough knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures Proven experience with invoices and payment processing  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Detailed working knowledge of planning tools (JD Edwards, SAP, MS Office Package, etc) Detailed working knowledge of scheduling tools
