- Ensuring resources are in place to perform the planned work (Parts, Labour, shop space etc.)
- Developing and communicating the Weekly Maintenance plan and creating work orders as required
- Ensuring open work orders meet required standard, and status is kept up to date; Manages work order backlog
- Maintaining maintenance records with current Service and PM status
- Preparing job plans for planned work
- Coordinate with service technicians and mechanics to ensure timely servicing and repairs.
- Prioritize equipment service based on usage, condition, and criticality.
- Organizing resources in advance to ensure efficient execution of planned work
- Completing adhoc reports and projects as requested

**Qualifications**
- 2 years experience relating to fleet maintenance
- Proficiency using Maximo for data entry
- Thorough knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures
- Proven experience with invoices and payment processing
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detailed working knowledge of planning tools (JD Edwards, SAP, MS Office Package, etc)
- Detailed working knowledge of scheduling tools
