Summary Statement
The individual in this role will deliver nursing services, which encompass direct patient care, assessments, the formulation of nursing care plans, and the coordination of healthcare services for residents. This position involves supervising and assessing the care provided by certified nursing assistants. Additionally, the incumbent will engage regularly with residents, families, nursing personnel, physicians, dietary staff, pharmacy, administration, and other support departments within the facility.Essential Functions

Offers healthcare education and guidance to individuals, families, community organizations, and/or nursing facilities regarding their healthcare needs.
Maintains effective collaboration with other members of the healthcare team.
Prepares and submits documentation, reports, evaluations, and forms.
Engages in and provides recommendations concerning quality assurance initiatives.
Job Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS for Senior Nursing Professional
Candidates must possess education, training, and/or experience demonstrating proficiency in each of the following areas:
A minimum of two years of experience as a Registered Nurse OR a Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing with at least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse OR a Master's degree or higher in Nursing. Valid possession of a Delaware Registered Nurse license OR a multi-state compact license.-
